​Our community has come together to voice their passion to save our charming Sarasota Bungalow Village. We hear you and are pursuing every avenue to rescue our community of small family businesses from demolition. 

 

We have teamed up with four other businesses within our current "Historic Downtown Village" to create a new village of colorful bungalows geared towards providing a destination for families, locals, and tourists visiting Sarasota.

 

We have purchased one acre of land near the intersection of Fruitville Road and Tuttle Road.

This land has a 1956 home that will be converted into The Breakfast House. Unfortunately, the century old bungalow that is currently The Breakfast House is unfit for relocation. However, there are five other bungalows that have been approved for the move! It is our mission to relocate these bungalows to that location, along with their small businesses. This new community of colorful cottages will be known as the "Sarasota Bungalow Village".

This new location will take time to renovate. That being said, we will remain OPEN at our current location at 1817 Fruitville Road. We don't foresee closing this location anytime soon.​ Please continue to visit us and our fellow small businesses within our colorful village to support our transition.

​Moving an entire cottage is no small undertaking. It requires specialized equipment, professional movers, site preparation, utilities, restoration, and countless hours of planning and work.​​
