We held a community workshop as the first step towards rezoning the land from residential to commercial.

Site preparation & Fundraising.

We are now faced with the overwhelming task of raising the funds to relocate five of the other businesses. Our goal is to create a new village of colorful bungalows geared towards providing a destination for families, locals, and tourists visiting Sarasota.
