​The Breakfast house is currently operating at its original location at 1817 Fruitville Road in Sarasota, Florida. Due to the unknown future of our current building, we are moving to a new location. We have purchased a new property at 128 N. Briggs Avenue in Sarasota, Florida. On this property is a 1956 home that will be converted into The Breakfast House. ​​​​

This new location will take time to renovate. That being said, we will remain OPEN at our current location at 1817 Fruitville Road until the new building is ready for move-in.​ We are aiming for the grand opening to be held sometime in the summer of 2027.

The additional land at the new property will be utilized to create the new Sarasota Bungalow Village. It has become our mission to create a community of historic cottages that will be protected and will never endure the fear of demolition. We plan to acquire and relocate a number of bungalows that are at risk of being torn down to this location, where they will be officially landmarked historic. This means they CAN NOT be destroyed.

The Sarasota Bungalow Village will be a destination for the community that preserves the charm of old Sarasota. It will not only save these buildings from demolition, but also perform as a supportive environment that empowers local entrepreneurs. At this time, we plan on including The Breakfast House, Discover Sarasota Tours, a dinner restaurant, an ice cream shop/bakery, a thrift/retail storefront, and a Circus Emporium. This emporium will be a miniature museum showcasing Sarasota's circus history. ​​We are aiming for the grand opening to be held sometime in the fall of 2027.
